Volvo Trucks serves radically different customers, from solo owner-operators to enterprise fleet buyers, each with distinct motivations, risks and decision patterns. But their website and marketing spoke to all of them the same way.

We partnered with the Volvo Trucks marketing team to design a new approach— a system that uses AI personas to speak to each buyer personally, while operating at enterprise scale.
